The two day program will cover: (1)the legal foundation and case law on sexual harassment (2) A manager’s and organizations responsibilities for addressing issues, (3) best practices in processes, policies  (4) internal and external communications surrounding allegations, (5) creating the right organizational culture and (6)  leading change around this topic.

Transportation

If you are flying into the area, you will want to fly into Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). If you do not secure a rental car, there are taxis and Uber/Lyft available.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation deadline: November 16, 2018. After this date, only substitutions within an agency will be allowed. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, if we are able to fill your seat prior to the start of the training.
